Job Title : Intel Operations Software Trainer
Position Description :
We are actively searching for skilled operations and intelligence experts who have experience with our software vendor's platform to join our team. In the role of Intel Operations Software Trainer, you will be essential in aiding our implementation teams to enhance and support relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with analysts to train and guide users, resolve technical issues, and create new applications, all while tackling unique and challenging situations. This role may involve working directly with users on-site and sharing your insights with software developers to contribute to feature enhancements. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering collaboration throughout our global enterprise and ensuring the sustained success of our customers.
Requirements & Desired :
Required
Secret clearance
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
Ability to communicate software requirements to the development team
Experience in creating and delivering training materials for varied user groups
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with military customers
Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the time (as required)
Strong knowledge of Excel
Desired: (A competitive candidate has at least 50% of these)
TS/SCI
Military Special Operations or Law Enforcement experience.
Experience using Digital Mission Command Systems (DMCS), which may include any of the following; Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3), Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P), Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2), or Army Battle Command System (ABCS)
Technical expertise with a solid understanding of programming languages such as HTML, Python, and Java, alongside knowledge of hardware, networks, and server management.
Location : MacDill AFB, Tampa Florida
Clearance : Secret, prefer TS/SCI
Travel : Willingness to travel CONUS for short periods of time up to 25% as needed
Additional Compensation : Pre-coordinated overtime is allowed at a 1:1 pay rate
