Citigroup Fund Accounting Sr Analyst - C12 in Tampa, Florida

The Fund Accounting Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in a variety of fund operation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the collateral management and settlement of ETF primary market orders.

Responsibilities:

  • ETF creation and redemption order processing and settlement for the primary market.

  • ETF creation and redemption settlement arrangements, both in-kind and cash.

  • Maintaining positive relationships with sponsors and clients

  • Overseeing the settlement of secondary market trades when creating and redeeming on behalf of a client.

  • ETF collateral processing and P&L calculations.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance to resolve problems, escalations, and complex/escalated transactions

  • Support efforts for larger/complex/global clients

  • Assist with the identification and implementation of process standards and improvements to enhance efficiencies

  • Assist in training and coaching new team members

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in the ETF industry or related field

  • Knowledge of domestic and international markets, with prior experience in EEA markets, emerging markets, Asia Pacific, and North America ideal but not required.

  • Knowledge of custody and/or fund accounting, particularly as it relates to ETFs

  • Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area

  • Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk, and demanding environment.

  • A good knowledge of the technology and the ability to participate in testing

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
