Description We are in search of a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the local government sector based in Tampa, Florida. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records, processing relevant documents, and responding to inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and document homestead tax liens.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of legal descriptions in various documents.
• Efficiently handle data entry tasks.
• Distribute incoming mail effectively.
• Provide assistance in ordering office supplies.
• Utilize your customer service skills to resolve inquiries.
• Conduct research and review documentation to determine eligibility.
• Remove denial codes and notify owners of denial letters.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word in correspondence and record keeping.
