**Job Description: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in loading and editing CNC programs, setting up machines, selecting tooling, running parts, and conducting inspections. The primary focus of the role will be on CNC mills, with additional experience in CNC lathe operations.
Duties and Responsibility:**
- Load and edit CNC programs for various machining operations
- Ensure program efficiency and accuracy to meet production requirements
Machine Setup
- Set up CNC machines based on job specifications and engineering drawings
- Select appropriate tooling and fixtures for each job
Machining Operations
- Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during the production process
Quality Control
- Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Make adjustments to machining processes as needed to maintain quality
Print Interpretation
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to produce parts accurately
