Position Objective: The primary function of the role is to support the Goverance of the ICG Risk teams' adherence to Corporate compliance and control requirements.

Key Responsibilities: The job-holder will coordinate and oversee the ICG Risk teams' activities as they relate to all aspects of Continuity of Business, End User Computing (EUC), and information security.

Development Value: Job-holder will have the opportunity to grow their understanding of risk and controls. They will develop the skills to be able to assess a risk process to identify the key risks and develop the controls and testing methodologies to ensure the key risks are being mitigated. Job-holder will also have the opportunity to present to different levels of management, including senior management.


  • 1 - year of relevant risk and controls experience in a financial services environment

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of risk management processes

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Execution and results oriented with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and effectively work in a team environment

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
