Work responsibilities
Plan, organize and coordinate various corporate events, especially company participation in business conferences, including presentations, team-building activities, Mission Day, winter and summer days
Create event concepts, make presentations, find contractors
Communicate with international event organizers and manage paperwork accordingly
Design and order stand construction for exhibitions
Conduct all preparational work with external event organizers and the team
Make flight reservations and hotel bookings
Create a business travel itinerary
Prepare relevant announcements and presentations for the events
Design and order marketing materials including corporate promotional products
Be responsible for the marketing copywriting
Prepare budget reports
Coordinate events on-site
Attend regular business trips
Requirements
Successful experience in international marketing events organization (conferences, seminars)
Fluent English and Russian languages
Experience and/or interest in the Fintech industry
Copywriting skills
Ability to travel and work in-house full-time
Creativity, analytical skills, ability to see the big picture
Ability to self-organize and multitask
Great communication, negotiation, and cooperation skills
Good stress tolerance, reliable and active personality
Strong time-management skills
