Job Summary
Execution of the Purchase to Pay processes to deliver operational performance. Build and execute Procurement tactical and strategic improvement plans for their site, in interaction with the global organization (BL VP SC& Procurement and Commodities). Member of the site leadership team. Lead their team of Operational Procurement professionals to deliver the BL objectives at their site: local/nearby management support and guidance not only in the daily operational excellence but also to deploy the long-term road to expertise. Accountable for supplier operational performance and escalation point for supplier issues.
Job Responsibilities

Complying with all legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring that staff are aware of the policies and their individual responsibilities and accountabilities:
Import and Export Control Regulations
Compliance and Ethics Policy on Contracting with the international Regulations all areas of responsibility involving direct and indirect contracting with the international Regulations (eg ITAR, EAR)
Manage implementation of contracts in-line with commodity strategy
Responsible for realizing Operational targets
Organize Operational reviews including BR with Stakeholders (eg. KPI's, targets, compliance, …)
Responsible for active Supply Chain risk management and mitigation
Manage implementation of contracts within sites, including necessary transfers of work / products.
Responsible for realizing targets:
Supplier delivery performance
Supplier quality performance
Raw material inventory performance
Invoice management performance
Accountable for Procurement interface with BLs on program interfaces and bids throughout the life cycle
Accountable for the delivery of supply chain change program within the BL scope
Works in close collaboration with Commodity to ensure BL / Program requirements are flowed down and supply solutions meet targets
Proactively identifies change opportunities to improve business performance.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement leadership/management role
Must be fluent (speaking and reading) the English Language
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements and/or SSA requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of the Aerospace industry and associated contracting requirements, preferably in the defense sector, and commercial trends
Core competences: Ambition, Coaching, Communicating, Customer focus, Consciousness of the environment, Organization sensitivity, Planning and organization, Focus on results
Strong background in Process development and implementation
Previous and significant experience with an international supply base
Experience in leading supply side major change program or NPI projects
A demonstrated ability to build relations with a supplier network and having insight in supplier's processes
A demonstrated ability to develop a performance excellence organization
A track record of Leadership to work with cross functional teams
