What you will do

We're currently seeking a professional HR talent to join our team! In this role, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR support with leading talent acquisition and providing business partnership. Your expertise will be pivotal as talent acquisition partner to ensure we meet both current and future workforce needs effectively. Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition function with compliance of Amgen policies to manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth on-boarding and off-boarding for employees.

  • Lead and participate talent acquisition related projects at local, regional, and global levels, such as internship program, employer branding project, digital/AI related project, etc.

  • Provide HR business partnership for non-commercial functions.

  • Work closely with business to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths, and key business drivers. Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies.

  • Proactively source recruit talents in a highly competitive talent market with innovative solutions.

  • Manage and maintain talent acquisition related data and functions in Workday system.

  • Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs.

  • Help drive all sourcing channels actively, including employee referrals, career site, LinkedIn, utilization of creative social network, etc.

  • Review and update all vendor contracts and internal policies when needed.

  • Provide the update and data associated with the recruitment process for hiring team.

  • Support ad-hoc HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree above with 5 years of HR-related experience in MNC

  • Fluent in English with business level

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and all remote working tools

  • Good at multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player

  • Self-starter and good agility in learning and adaptability
