Microsoft’s Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP’s vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud Capacity Differentiated at Scale. The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 200 datacenters supporting services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries worldwide.
Within CSCP, the Cloud Sourcing and Supply Chain (CSSC) organization oversees the sourcing and supply of IT hardware for data centers. By maintaining well-defined and efficiently executed sourcing and supply chain processes, we ensure reliable on-time performance, cost optimization, and timely support for new product launches.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Design teams to address roadblocks related to New Hardware certification, SKU documents, and test requirements.
Partner with the CSCP sourcing team to apply Microsoft sourcing strategies to new products.
Manage Microsoft’s supply base materials and build schedules for all NPI builds and Cloud Infrastructure pilot activities.
Ensure readiness of Building Block Materials, aligning them with New Product Roadmaps and Pilot HW delivery schedules. Also, oversee material review and supply risk mitigation with ODM/SI suppliers.
Work across cross-functional teams to manage projects that develop or enhance processes.
Collect and organize large volumes of raw data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Design and implement data models to organize and structure large datasets for analysis.
Perform complex data analysis to identify opportunities for improving overall supply chain performance.
Identify process automation and optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in electronics supply chain and hardware delivery environment.
Fluent English communication skills, enabling collaboration across cultural and geographic sites.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in electronics supply chain and hardware delivery environment.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Power BI analytic functions.
Analytical skills for root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions in a matrix environment.
Customer-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Emphasis on strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Independence and adaptability in ambiguous situations, effectively handling conflicting priorities and changes.

Experience in managing end-to-end NPI processes in a dynamic and changing environment.
Project management experience, including collaboration with multiple global suppliers.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
