Boehringer Ingelheim Associate Corporate Communications Manager in Taipei City, Taiwan
The Position
Develop a consistent, desirable corporate message is conveyed through internal and external communications channels to align with company strategies. Implement corporate communication strategies with employee, media, the general public, and related stakeholders to shaping culture and generate that the company reputation, employee branding and social goals/actions top of mind.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Create communication strategies for company reputation, employee branding, with responsibility for budgets and timelines, strive to extend the market share of each project toward it's objective.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build company’s social media and networking.
Evaluates, recommends and effectively executes communications plans and report findings and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with external key stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely dissemination of information.
Requirements
5+ years working experience in healthcare, public relations or communications, familiar with social media in communication benefits
Expertise in communications consulting and project management
Excellent writing, editing, communications, networking, and relationship building
Proficient English ability
Have an excellent eye for detail and be creative
Be able to work under pressure in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
