Stryker Account Executive, Joint Replacement & Craniomaxillofacial in Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong

What You Will Do:

  • Carry out sales and case support activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals within the Implants (Joint Replacement and Craniomaxillofacial) portfolio.

  • Support Sales Manager to formulate sales plans and activities in accordance with local strategy.

  • Identify market‐specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of cooperative relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers.

  • Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.

  • Explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Stryker's customer base.

  • Prepare monthly reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information, etc.

  • Compile customers‘ feedback to drive improvements in quality of service and to expand business portfolio.

What You Need:

  • Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Business / Marketing related fields.

  • 1 to 2 years' sales and/or marketing experience in the medical device industry preferred.

  • Highly results driven with good negotiation & communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a cross-functional and team oriented environment.

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated problem solving capabilities.
