Primary Responsibilities:

• Configuration, Data and Reliability Engineer with API, DevOps, Cloud formation Design and Development

• Technical Lead/SME for building API first Cloud Based Applications

• Lead the development of roadmap for various Enterprise apps

• Lead a culture of building sustainable and robust applications

• Lead a culture of Collaborate, Learn, Innovate, Scale, Own

• Encourage processes that increase productivity by improvement of people, process, tools, and technology; mentor and train staff on efficient and effective development of Cloud Based Application techniques

• Practice and coach the team on Software Engineering practice and culture

• Lead and develop application that follows DevOps and with full integration to Automation testing, Logging and monitoring solutions in place

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduate or Master’s in IT/CS or equivalent qualification

• 13 - 16 years of experience in IT and minimum of 10+ years of experience in .NET, Core .NET, API, Azure, DevOps

• Experience as a hands-on senior developer, managerial role and execution of Application end-to-end Implementation

• Excellent experience with .NET framework and .NET Core

• Good experience with Azure Stack and Azure DevOps including CI/CD/CT

• Experience with Development of various types of API - REST, Graph

• Experience with leveraging best practices designing and implementing microservices

• Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI & Tableau

• Expertise in application migration and modernization

• Expertise in TSQL, SQL Server Development Tools (SSDT) and Integration services (SSIS)

• Expert in REST, Typescript, or similar and GitFlows

• Amenable to work a flexible shift timings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building scalable applications and deploying them in production

• Experience in a customer facing role leading and managing projects, including requirements and documentation

• Experience with Architecture and Design patterns

• Experience with Azure Stack architecture designs

• Experience of development & deployment of automation projects in contact center environment with good project management skills

• Experience of integration with contact center tools like IEX, Avaya & Omni
