In this role, you will:
Participate in designing aesthetics, layout of primarily new graphics, logos, interactive media, product artwork, and marketing materials to enhance company brand images
Identify opportunity for changes to guidelines as appropriate within graphic design
Review accuracy for basic project specifications, confirm design direction and prepare product for final execution
Present recommendations on business strategies and develop creative design options
Exercise independent judgment to recommend, develop and present various concepts that drive desired outcomes
Collaborate and consult with clients, business partners, lines of business and potential interaction with vendors
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Graphic Design, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher.
Candidate must have 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , HTML/CSS, marketing automation tools.
Candidate must be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate) and knowledgeable using Dreamweaver; motion graphics is a nice to have.
Knowledge of print production processes, including file setup, color management, and preflight checks.
Familiarity with digital production tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Canva.
Understanding of video editing and motion graphics software (optional but advantageous).
Experience with American Disability Act (ADA) compliance standards and accessibility practices (for digital production).
Ability to manage brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency.
Working experience in an advertising agency is a plus.
Strong layout, typography, and design skills.
Keen attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
Ability to adapt creative concepts into multiple formats (print, digital, video).
Adaptability to shifting priorities and workflows (Agile or Waterfall environments).
Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking to improve processes.
Proactive attitude in identifying areas of improvement for efficiency.
Job Expectations:
Candidates must be willing to work on night shifts (9:00PM to 6:00AM), or weekends/holidays if deemed necessary by the business.
Candidate must be amenable to work at Taguig.
Serves as marketing-on-demand (MOD) developer and subject matter expert supporting several key lines of business for the Marketing In-house agency (IHA).
Ability to package, upload, and maintain rule-based templates and asset libraries, as needed
Produces technically sound, content-correct, and brand compliant files for both print and digital assignments that meet all production standards, executing ongoing product maintenance, revisions and regulatory updates as required.
Anticipates design/layout and technical problems and takes corrective steps. Seeks solutions that scale.
Creates static products, product thumbnails, and portal interface graphics and applies as needed in the product setup tool
Maintains overall product catalog assigning user groups, testing, and access across staging and production environments.
Ensures timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining strict standards of accuracy, completeness, and product quality.
Maintains prescribed production levels while ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
Utilizes job management system to manage workload and production time for each project.
Manages and prioritizes workload based on job deadlines.
Recommends technical and procedural updates, as needed.
