Overview of the job
As a Financial and Purchasing Services (FPS) Regional Delivery IT Manager, you will be working with process experts to translate business requirements into technical scope, lead solution development and testing, and engage with various groups in GBS to deliver projects that will enable business value for P&G.
Your team
This role reports to the Purchasing and Financial Solutions – Regional Delivery Senior IT Manager based in Manila, Philippines. The team supports projects in both AMA and Europe regions.

Enabling business value for P&G by delivering regional projects on-time and with quality as a multi-skilled IT expert
Establishing sustainable internal processes for the assigned domain area through digitization and stakeholder engagement
Building techno-functional mastery of the assigned business process area
Responsibilities of the role
As a Regional Delivery IT Manager, you are expected to:
Take ownership and accountability for delivering all FPS technical items for regional projects based on the GBS 123Go delivery model.
Develop and apply technical mastery in SAP and understand critical business processes for the assigned FPS domain by working with business experts and application managers.
Understand the end-to-end technical landscape (people, process, tools) of the assigned FPS domain to drive project work effectively.
Own the assigned domain’s knowledge base (job aids, technical cookbooks, process documents) and regularly connect with subject matter experts to ensure continuous learning.
Job Qualifications
Technical Skills
For experienced applicants (1-3 years), previous experience in technical IT roles (example: functional/business analyst) working on projects involving SAP FI/CO modules and some project management experience working on application development projects.
Background and/or an understanding of general finance and accounting processes is not required but preferred.
Familiarity with various software development methodologies, automation tools, and UX concepts is a plus.

Strong leadership and communication (written, oral) skills when engaging with technical and non-technical resources and stakeholders
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
