IQVIA Contract Payee Associate, CTP in Taguig City, Philippines
Job Profile Summary:
The Contract Payee Associate is responsible for review and validation of document collection in compliance with SOC 1 policies and procedures to ensure that payments are processed with accuracy. This position is responsible for control and oversight of the set-up of vendor and payee records in appropriate internal systems.
Responsibilities:
• Validate vendor/payee records and for assigned clinical trials ensure that all payee records are established according to the terms of the Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA)
• Review and validate the CTAs, PIFs, W9s, W8s or other contract related documents to the site contract record
• Responsible for managing, monitoring, and resolution of tasks assigned to Financial Operations
• Ensure work is SOC 1 compliant where appropriate
• Process payee, name, address or banking change requests in compliance with SOC 1 policies and procedures to ensure that payments are processed with accuracy
• Other duties as assigned
Experience: Typically requires 0 - 2 years of prior relevant experience
Knowledge: Nice to have - knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area, typically obtained through advanced education
Education: Associates Degree - Business, Finance or Equivalent preferred
Additional Work Experience:
• Related business experience
• Prior experience at a biotechnology company, CRO, pharmaceutical company or finance
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong analytical skills, reading and understanding a contract / agreement
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a global environment
• Knowledge of foreign currency and international payments is a plus
• Knowledge of clinical trial process is a plus
