About You

We’re looking for an individual with a drive to be the best by building great relationships with the customers and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day transaction of the business (Bank clearing, Cash Clearing, Order Releasing )

  • Processes adhoc request transactions

  • Performs any UAT testing on the scope process

  • Responsible on a smooth Month End Closing activities

  • Checks and vaidates errors and changes on the Order releasing and helps drive resolution

  • Brings idea on the process bottlenecks and challenges and works out with Line Manager

  • Supports Continous Improvement Projects of the Business

  • Point of Contact during BCP, if identified as Critical Resource

  • Provides documents to Audit team as needed during the regualr cycle of business

  • Coordinates any issues and challenges that need support of a Senior role to help drive resolution

  • Coordinates and confirms to Senior Credit and Control the closing activites status as needed

  • Perform Credit Limit and Credit Risk Category Review on a regular basis

  • Invoice Checking and Generation, Delivery Report Creation and Customer Payment

  • Credit Policy review/update as needed specially during regular review

  • AR forecasting report

  • Timely preparation of monthly reports (AR report, BFC, Goods Issued Transactions, Billed and Unbilled Orders)

  • Checking of orders under billing block for releasing

  • Perform timely rebates payment

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages

  • Mandarin Speaking Skills

  • At least 3 years of customer service or support experience

  • Willingness and ability to build great relationships with Customers.

  • Proactive, solution-focused mind-set and positive “can do” attitude.

  • Ownership, entrepreneurial attitude – drives issue resolution, escalates where necessary.

  • Initiative in participating to projects that promotes efficiency and process improvement
