We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with experience in LCP Tracker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Utilize LCP Tracker for reporting and compliance purposes.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management.
Assist with audits and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll issues.
Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
Proficient in using LCP Tracker.
Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and relevant legislation.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a [specific industry, if applicable].
Certification in payroll administration (e.g., CPP or FPC) is a plus.
