Corazon Partners LLC Client Care Coordinator in Tacoma, Washington
At Corazon, we help people feel their best! We are a unique collection of 5 health and wellness clinics serving the greater NW area. Our business is thriving, and we are adding a new Client Care Coordinator to our front desk team. Join us, and help people feel their best in our flexible, friendly, family environment!
The position is part-time with flexible scheduling, and competitive pay ($19 to $21 per hour)!
Duties include:
Working directly with customers to schedule appointments
Recommending enhanced services and selling membership plans
Performing administrative and operational tasks including reminder calls and filing
Working cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
Providing an outstanding customer service experience
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and computer skills
Professional, outgoing, organized, ethical, and self-motivated
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
