Function
Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 27,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. About the Role
As our Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of our warehouse operations within our established plant in Bali.
This role is key in ensuring that our execution perform according to best in class practices, comply to both local regulations and Diageo Global Standard Guidelines. If you are a seasoned warehouse operation professional passionate about elevating the standard for a global plant, then this might be the role for you!
Key Tasks
As the role model in the implementation of the Diageo and legal Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) policies with keep maintaining the Good Quality of all activities in Logistics
Responsible for running the business process based on the Diageo Best Practice Standard
Responsible for reporting the warehouse capacity/situation and doing the circulation as per requirement.
Responsible to control the material and finished goods movement in the right quantity and quality
Responsible for executing the loading and unloading process of materials and Finished Goods as per the plan
Responsible to make sure production demands (material orders) are fulfilled timely with the right quantity and quality
Responsible for the timely shipment documentation readiness and completeness by working with related stakeholders, for the seamless shipment process
Responsible for the implementation of Controls Assurance and Risk Management in the Transportation and Warehousing activity (e.g. stocktake program)
Implement the Diageo Standard in Transportation and Warehousing activities
About You
Diploma degree at minimum
At least +1 year of experience in the Warehousing activities
Discipline and eagerness to learn
Good documentation skill
Proven experience in operating digital systems i.e. SAP, Microsoft Office
Able to read and write English
