ConvaTec, Infusion Care (Unomedical a/s) is a part of a global medical technology business focused on serving people and care givers. About the role :

You will be working with different stakeholders across the global organization as the lead for the development of brand strategy and marketing activities to drive the BU growth, including multichannel tactics. Through a data-based and teamwork approach you will ensure strong alignment of the brand strategy across functions and drive ownership for the execution of the brand plan.

Therefore, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills are critical to be successful in the role.

Your tasks will be quite varied, and you will be healthily challenged to further your career in this position.

Your primary responsibilities and tasks will be:

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 to 6 people of marketers

  • Lead the development of the product brand strategy for the infusion care business to deliver the BU strategy

  • Lead the brand plan process for the neria brand, in collaboration with the cross functional team from sales, R&D, Clinical & Medical and other functions

  • Ensure execution of downstream marketing activities in collaboration with the sales team, including conferenceand multichannel strategy

  • Generate insights on product user unmet needs through quantitative and qualitative research, as well as key opinion leaders relationship

  • Lead competitive intelligence effort and insight sharing across the organization

  • Manage and own marketing budget expenses

  • Identify and develop B2B marketing opportunities in collaboration with the B2B sales team

  • Lead the transition effort to corporate branding for Infusion Care BU

  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Center Of Excellence on key pilots

  • Coordinate internal and external communications related to product launches and key initiatives, in close collaboration with B2B partners, sales team and corporate communication

About you:

From having used market, competitor, and customer insights within life science for a few years, preferably from having worked with Parkinson’s and/or other chronic diseases, you know what is needed to inform us internally to facilitate data-based decision making. You have in your past used these data to develop and execute a brand plan with focus on both long-term and short-term objectives.

Competencies

  • Strong communication and analyses skills

  • Experience of structuring qualitative and quantitative data for the purpose of facilitating decisions and formulating long term brand strategy

  • Experience in developing brand plans and executing downstream activities through a collaborative approach, preferably at a global level

  • Demonstrable experience of attracting, building, engaging, and developing a high performing team

Your communication is to-the-point, and you are good at identifying and extrapolating what is ‘need-to-know’ when communicating to colleagues on strategy and actions. Your attitude is ‘can-do’, and you are ready for challenges and change – you would want to be the one driving that change. You enjoy facilitation with senior leadership and are comfortable with presentation and have demonstrated experience with brand management. You are comfortable with urgent ad-hoc requests that need attention and can balance your regular work around these.

You should be good with numbers and understanding financial business analyses, and most likely, you hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree within Business Administration, Marketing or similar. 

The work location is Søborg, Denmark, and you will be travelling up to 20 days a year.
