O seu dia a dia na Medtronic

• Aplicar princípios de contabilidade para analisar informações financeiras e preparar relatórios financeiros internos e externos;

• Atuar como mentor de colegas de menor senioridade, além de poder dirigi-los e orientá-los em suas tarefas diárias;

• Compilar e analisar as informações financeiras para registro de transações, além de preparar relatórios, revisar e verificar a acuracidade dos dados;

• Entregar e / ou gerenciar os projetos que lhe forem atribuídos pelo superior imediato, além de trabalhar com outras partes interessadas para alcançar os resultados desejados.

• Manter o controle de contas e registros em áreas como desembolsos, despesas, pagamentos de impostos e receitas;

• Preparar balanços patrimoniais, demonstrações de lucros e perdas e de fluxo de caixa, além de preparar e consolidar as demonstrações financeiras e outras programações e relatórios contábeis;

• Projetar, modificar, instalar e / ou manter os sistemas de contabilidade para garantir um reconhecimento adequado das transações financeiras;

• Realizar melhorias de processos, sistemas ou produtos para melhorar o desempenho da área de trabalho;

• Responsável pela adesão e comunicação das políticas e procedimentos contábeis e de auditoria e controles internos;

• Responsável, eventualmente, pelo fechamento mensal;

• Seguir as normas e orientações definidas pelo seu superior imediato, seguindo as responsabilidades previstas para sua posição no manual de qualidade e documentos da Qualidade;

• Seguir as orientações e processos presentes no Manual de Segurança, Medicina e Meio Ambiente.

Requisitos;

• Superior em Contabilidade ou áreas afins.

• Inglês intermediário é requisito e é desejável pré avançado e acima.

• Pacote Office, principalmente Excel Intermediário (Tabela Dinâmica e PROCV).

• Conhecimento de sistemas ERP e desejável experiência com Microsiga.

• Experiência prévia em ambiente de manufatura;

• Mínimo 4 anos de experiência prévia atuando na área contábil;

• Conhecimento dos conceitos e práticas contábeis e financeiras;
