Siemens Digital Industry Software Brasil is searching for a Services Project Manager Associate – Comos to act as part of a Country Professional Services Team, work productively with other Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. The office for this position is located in São Caetano do Sul - São Paulo, but candidates located in Rio de Janeiro are also applicable.
Role & Responsibility:
Work with Sales, Services Management and Program Manager, if any, to drive Customers to realize value from Digital Enterprise Solutions;
Manage the project schedule to ensure on time delivery;
Manage customer requirements and project scope to achieve project objectives;
Actively build relationships with stakeholders;
Deliver the project to the approved budget and agreed margin;
Support the organizational culture, values and reputation in company markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies;
Willing and able to travel to appropriate work locations, as required by the company or specified by the customer pursuit/project;
Willing and available to work the core hours required by the company or specified by the customer project, respecting local country legislation and company policies;
Contribute to continuous improvement based on lessons learned from the project;
Record expenses in an accurate and timely manner;
Ensure that all communication channels within the business are adhered to;
Provide input, where appropriate to team meetings.
What do you need to realize what matters.
Advanced English is mandatory;
Bachelors: Computer Science or Engineering (or lower equal with relevant work experience);
Minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management;
Spanish will be a plus;
Travel ability up to 60%.
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.
