You will play a key role in allowing our clients to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology and introduce them to emerging technologies and solutions – to grow and optimize their business. To be successful, you will take advantage of our community of consultants, through sharing solutions and utilizing your early access to technology.

You’ll be part of something bigger, through unleashing the power of the cloud and crafting solutions to meet customer needs. You will provide technical leadership for other consultant teams and engage in the complete lifecycle of large Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) projects. Your key to success is your passion for customers, demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of customer experience: understanding, designing, and implementing advanced D365 F&O solutions, and delivering with high quality on challenging engagements.This role is flexible in that you can work up to 80% from home.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates the ability to articulate value propositions for the most strategic Microsoft products and services and uses business, technology, and industry strategies to define customer/partner requirements and constraints.

  • Drives and Supports innovation focusing on industry solutions and customer business outcomes on the Microsoft platform.

  • Demonstrates expertise in implementing D365 F&O solutions and provides oversight and leadership. Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer.

  • Identifies business and technical risks in projects, assesses their impact, and proposes mitigations and contingencies. Defines customer/partner conditions of success, adheres to quality assurance, and calculates risks while designing and/or delivering solutions.

  • Becomes a trusted advisor for customers/ partners, respectfully challenges customers/ partners when going in the wrong direction and escalates appropriately. Works with an account team to ensure One Microsoft approach.

  • Provides stakeholder assistance throughout implementation of the solution to avoid/resolve technical issues.

  • Balances Configure-Before-Customize principles with the goals of maximum customer/partner value and with the use of Microsoft core/baseline assets, people, products, and tools.

  • Develops project plans that use the full project life cycle accounting for current & future business value of each solution while defining all technical dependencies for projects.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of businesso OR equivalent experience

  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, configuring, customizing, and implementing enterprise wide D365 F&O projects.

  • Strong knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, design patterns, and best practices

  • Application Lifecycle Management (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Azure DevOps)

  • Good understanding of Automation, Continuous Integration and Deployment (DevOps) methodologies.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.

  • Ability to communicate with various levels is required: from CIO’s to technical staff

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years leadership experience in technology solutions, consulting, OR equivalent experience

  • Functional and Technical certifications based on D365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, Azure (D365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or Expert, Power Automate RPA Developer Associate, Azure Fundamentals, or similar).

  • Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).

  • Hands-on experience in implementing multi-phase, global, enterprise- wide D365 F&O.

  • Understanding of competitive technology to properly assess the feasibility of migrating customer solutions from, and/or integrating with existing customer systems from non-Microsoft platforms.

  • Work experience involving pre-sales support, technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment, and management.

  • Hands-on experience with D365 Retail.

  • Enjoy teamwork, and actively contribute to their peer group as well as our customer account teams.

  • Development languages (.Net, JavaScript)

  • Advanced/ Fluent in Spanish
