Job Description

Summary:

The Marketing Manager will prepare strategic plans for the commercialization, marketing, and communication areas, implement activities, and coordinate their execution as well as advise the board and sectors of the company. Teamworks relevant to medical/scientific matters relating to The Binding Site products. The candidate will provide scientific/technical assistance to clients for educational purposes, including online and in-person presentations (seminars, lectures), visits to physicians' offices, local patient support groups, and evaluation/validation of the company's products. Will work collaboratively with regional teams to achieve account-specific goals.

Basic assignments:

  • Assume responsibility for scientific marketing activities pertaining to specific areas in support of the company's objectives.

  • Research and analyze market trends.

  • Plan actions to promote products and institutional image.

  • Support commercial and marketing activities.

  • Conduct presentations and lectures to all levels of clients, including physicians, laboratories, etc., in alignment with their objectives.

  • Work closely with the Commercial area to optimize customer education and sales growth resulting from the accurate use of products.

  • Work together with the Board of Directors and the Commercial area to develop strategies and implement plans in line with the company's commercial objectives.

  • Work in collaboration with the after-sales area to validate TBS products with customers.

  • Work together with the after-sales area to solve technical problems with customers.

  • Develop and collaborate closely with local, regional authorities, physicians, laboratories and other key customers on medical advances and product-related issues.

  • Keep up to date with scientific publications and other literature related to

  • Promote clinical trials involving opinion leaders, seeking alignment with international guidelines.

  • Participate in presentations on Scientific Matters related to the company's interests.

  • Prepare summaries as needed to meet organizational goals and objectives

Education:

  • Degree in Medicine, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Biochemistry.

  • PhD in Clinical Chemistry/Immunology preferably.

Basic requirements:

  • Solid understanding in the areas of Immunodiagnostics, Immunology and Oncology is desirable.

  • Required knowledge in the Commercial and Marketing area.

  • English language skills, (required)

  • Spanish language skills, (desirable)

  • Data management skills (for example, basic statistical analysis and data processing, interpretation of scientific data, and graph development) are required.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Proven track record to present scientific results/works to groups of different sizes in the scientific community.

  • Team member able to communicate optimally consistently with scientific integrity at all levels within the company and with the customer database.

  • Proven track record in prioritizing and simultaneously and quickly running multiple projects (activities) with a focus on their completion.

  • Ability to achieve goals with minimal to moderate supervision and direction. Strong professional and social skills to operate effectively in a diverse environment (i.e., ability to work with diverse cultural groups and appreciation of business or social directions within different entities)

  • Hybrid model (3 days office - 2 home) according business needs
