Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking an Engineer III, Field Service with exceptional problem-solving skills to join our world-class team in State of São Paulo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Identify customer requirements and offer impeccable technical assistance for our advanced scientific instruments and systems.
Successfully implement and maintain specialized equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing exceptional customer service.
Compete in a fast-paced environment, driving customer satisfaction and meeting service level agreements.
Play a key role in improving our products and processes by applying your well-established problem-solving expertise.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or a similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of scientific instruments and Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency writing, speaking skills in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.
