Syracuse University Technical Assistance Director in Syracuse, New York
The Technical Assistance Director will lead TA efforts for the Center on Disability and Inclusion (CDI), with specific focus on technical assistance related to inclusive higher education. This will involve conducting needs assessments with colleges and universities, developing TA content and toolkits, training resources, providing professional development, and meeting with teams to develop or improve inclusive postsecondary education programs. This position will work to partner with develop resources within the growing field of inclusive post secondary education (IPSE), to serve as a resource to partners in New York State and beyond. The Technical Assistance Director will also gather and analyze data to report outcomes to communicate the impact and progress of support. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a detailed-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met on time.
