Description
Haun Welding Supply is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Associate to manage and coordinate the purchasing process for multiple vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relations with vendors and sales team.

Responsibilities:
Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
Oversee vendor credits and returns to ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products
Continuously monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field
Working knowledge of Accumatica ERP a definite Plus!
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
Knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures
