Helio Health Inc. Human Resources Generalist in Syracuse, New York
Overview
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Human Resources Generalist helps oversee agency-wide payroll administration, employee relation, investigations, auditing, and leave administration.

Pay Rate:$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Recommends agency practices and policies. Creates related documents as needed.
Assists the Chief Human Resources Officer in preparing information and reports for the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors.
Coordinates payroll with Finance on a biweekly basis and maintains payroll system for agency.
Analyzes, prepares and inputs data in automated system to produce accurate and timely payroll.
Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws and benefit plan provisions.
Maintains HR Folder content on Agency Server.
Evaluates compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and recommends improvements as necessary.
Prepares internal management reports from UKG software. Maintains and ensures security and proper handling of personnel files.
Acts as a resource for employees.
Provide education and trainings as needed.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
Three years experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Affiliation with HR organizations and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification strongly encouraged.
An equivalent combination of education or work experience in Human Resources and employee benefits.
