ROLE

CalSource, LLC, a division of Applied Technical Services Inc., is seeking an enthusiastic and personable customer service representative in our Syracuse NY office. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll play a vital role in our team.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

  • Answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries.

  • Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Providing basic administrative assistance for various computer systems used in the calibration laboratory.

  • Responding to customer service calls, emails, and web requests promptly and courteously.

  • Managing third party support

  • Performing shipping and receiving duties, as needed

  • Back up pickup and delivery driver

  • Process calibration documents for technicians

  • Generating calibration quotes

  • Other duties and responsibility, as necessary

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Exceptional customer service and phone skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Must be personable and interact comfortably with clients and co-workers
