Our client is looking for a candidate to take small to mid-size construction projects from beginning to end. Solid background in all aspects of project management a necessity.
Salary is $65K+ DOE. Strong benefits package. Direct placement opportunity.
• Bachelors degree in applicable field preferred and 5+ years experience in construction project management required• Must have basic computer skills to include spreadsheets• Must have understanding of construction documents (to include blue prints, specifications, insurance documentation, and basic contract documents), understanding of subcontractor bid processes and basic understanding of OSHA requirements
