Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

JOB DUTIES: - Tear down, determine extent of troubles, repair damaged electrical or mechanical mechanisms, or replace worn or defective parts and reassemble following standard and prescribed safety regulations. - Have a basic understanding of PLC logic and machine programming (Mcode/Gcode). - Adjust equipment to required specifications and check to assure effective operation. - Check the sequence of the machine cycle, determine the type of machine malfunction, and make all necessary repairs applying machine repair theory along with electrical theory. - Perform electrical test operations. - Work from complex schematic diagrams, manuals, and testing procedures. - Troubleshoot all defective printed circuit assembly boards. - Perform similar or associated electrical or mechanical duties as directed. - Detect and report all unusual cases to proper supervision. - Use judgment to comply with instructions or prescribed routines and to make decisions.
