Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Change Management Director, Program Team, and Business Partners to design and execute a comprehensive change strategy aligned with our People, Service Transition, and Deployment plans.

  • Apply a structured change management approach, coaching and mentoring local leaders, and driving adoption of change interventions.

  • Shape and deliver internal communications, engagement, and stakeholder mapping plans.

  • Analyze operational impacts and create change impact assessments, personas, and user experience mapping.

  • Coordinate change activities for colleagues and support education and training initiatives.

Qualification:

  • An experienced Change Manager who leads by example, inspires others, and fosters an inclusive culture.

  • A bachelor's degree in business or human Resources.

Note :

This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Brooklyn/Syracuse, NY.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
