Description
Qualifications
An individual who is highly motivated, independent, organized, and has strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
Candidates must have some afternoon/evening hours available and must be willing to travel.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s of Arts or Science with 2 years of relevant experience, OR a license as a Registered Nurse with 2 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s with one year of relevant experience.
Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver’s license with a good driving record.
Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory trainings, background checks, and certifications as required by Elmcrest, the Department of Health and the Children’s Health Home of Upstate New York.
Physical requirements: ability to safely lift/lower 20lbs with or without assistance; ability to walk unaided for short distance; ability to stand, kneel, bend squat
