About the role:

In your role as Associate, Cash Management Sales you will be responsible for existing deposit and cash management customers and ensuring adequate policies and procedures are in place to support the processing of transactions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for management of existing deposit and cash management customers and ensuring adequate policies and procedures are in place to support the processing of transactions.

  • Co-manage customers with the Cash Sales Team to ensure high service level is provided to our customers in relation to their transaction banking queries.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely periodic and ad hoc reporting.

  • Contribute to process streamlining projects.

  • Manage deposits rollover and develop/grow utilisation of the cash management platform.

Wh at we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Financial Institution, Accounting Firm, Consultancy or equivalent.

  • Degree in Banking, Commerce, Finance, Accounting discipline, accounting qualification preferred.

  • Good communication skills to report the state of financial condition using clear and precise descriptions.

  • MS office experience with key capabilities in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence others.
