Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing for Coca-Cola Breaks & Meet-ups, you will play an important role in supporting the business agenda for the Coca-Cola brand.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead entire projects or a specific component/s of a larger global/regional project in collaboration with Global, regional cross function team, agencies and local markets:

  • Identify the consumer problems, business objectives and strategies for the project in the region; to deliver the consumer recruitment and business target.

  • Work closely with Global team and agency to adapt global direction into local execution. Partner with Commercial team to create an integrated plan.

  • Lead through collaborating and motivating cross-function and agency project teams bring the project to life. Inspiring and engaging stakeholders and local markets to adapt and deploy the idea across different geographies.

  • Lead development of new communications, packaging if required to ensure the projects address business needs.

  • Effectively manage project timeline, budget allocations.

  • Cross-markets performance tracking for learnings, optimizing, pivoting. Drive for extra mile, impactful ATL, BTL executions.

  • Lead research project and insight development based on both qualitative and quantitative research and synthesize learnings into strategic recommendations.

  • Contribute thought leadership to annual and long term strategy of the bran

  • Champion the understanding and adoption of our experience and 'phygitally' led marketing transformation for Coca-Cola Uplift platform. You will be responsible for identifying inspiration and best practice both within and outside the company on ideas that deepen consumer engagement and recruitment and recommend how to apply this to regional plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5-7 years of brand management/marketing experience.

  • Digital marketing and E-com experience is a plus.

  • Project and budget management experience.
