The Brand Transition Project Manager is responsible for managing the product transition in ANZ to Launch new embecta branded packaging - “No Patients Lost, No Box Left Behind”. This includes developing and executing a product transition plan that is the least disruptive to customers for 30+ SKUs that deliver $18M revenue across hospital, wholesaler, distributor, retail, pharmacy and other channels. All products must fully transition to embecta including new NDC/UPC/DIN/GTIN, UDI, embecta branding.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for coordinating the development of the transition strategy and execution across all customer (Retail, Market Access, Mail/DME, LTC/Acute/GPO, Government, HCP, Pharmacist and patients including direct sampling to patients, and partner samples). Work across stakeholders and organization managing multiple workstreams to meet project objectives, executing and delivering quality results within project timeline and budget. This role ensures no disruption in product to all end users.

The PM works with executive and director level leaders and is expected to build effective relationships with the leaders, project team, and project stakeholders. The PM works within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
