Your role in our future
You will be an important member of our Professional Services team, dedicated to the success of customers’ virtualization strategies and their implementations. With your colleagues you will ensure that customers successfully implement Quadient’s solutions, and as a Professional Services Consultant, you will influence the success of each implementation, forming a vital link between the customer and Quadient.

You’ll engage with sales, pre-sales and project management, defining the services portion of our solution proposal, and you’ll meet with customers to clarify system specifications, gaining an understanding of their work practices and the nature of their business, in order to develop a solution to meet their needs.
You will develop and implement agreed custom solutions, testing and installing custom software solutions, and you’ll present solutions in written or oral form, preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers while also working on, and organizing the delivery of projects.
You’ll maintain integrity and professionalism when working with sensitive customer data and information, and you will also conduct training for users and other consultants, occasionally travelling to client sites.
Your profile
You have proven experience in the development of custom solutions, you’ve potentially worked in a software development environment and you’re looking for a role that puts you in front of the customer.
You’re able to demonstrate working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages (Java), application development, databases and analytical tools and design functional specifications.
You can quickly explore, examine and understand complex problems and how it relates to the customer’s business, and you can collaborate and listen with technical and non-technical consumers from IT administrators to executive level stakeholders.
You’re well organized with a healthy sense of urgency, you’re able to set; communicate; and meet challenging deadlines with competing priorities.
You can demonstrate your understanding of common enterprise applications and experience with both Windows and Unix operating systems; you’re comfortable on the command line interface.
You enjoy the opportunity to travel, and you’re excited at the prospect of travelling to meet onsite with clients.
You are a great communicator, you can deliver impact through adapting your style to your audience.
