About You

  • Passionate about cooking and working with the freshest and best local seasonal produce

  • Experience in a premium meeting and events kitchen

  • Food safety is a must

  • A can-do attitude and a positive outlook

  • Successful completion of Commercial Cookery III and IV or equivalent

About the Role

  • Accountable for the quality, consistency and production of the restaurant kitchen.

  • Hands on leader. You will be required to direct the pass to ensure quality is maintained.

  • Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing and food preparation for the property's events kitchen.

  • Works with team to improve guest and talent satisfaction

  • Work within the operating budget

  • Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Develops and trains team to improve results.

  • Develops, designs, or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions for events.

  • Supervises kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Beverage & Food policies, standards and procedures

  • Sets and supports achievement of kitchen goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc
