HR Shared Services (HRSS) provides HR shared services covering On-boarding, Employee Life-Cycle, Off-boarding, Payroll and Time Tracking, Compensation Administration and Service Delivery as well as HR systems support. In partnership with HR, HRSS strives to provide excellent customer service through its product offering to employees and managers whilst focusing on process re-engineering and initiatives to enhance the Shared Services role in Citi.

The role of a HR Shared Services Advisor is to provide first line assistance to the Citi HR team and employees Franchise wide in the provision of advice and support on HR policies, procedures and practices. This role also provides operational support, working as a part of a team with the aim of providing ongoing process improvement and streamlining of services. This role will report to the Service Delivery Manager, Australia & New Zealand.

Your key accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for employee enquiries regarding HR policy, benefits, procedures and processes via phone or face to face where applicable

  • Regular contact/support with Tier One Manila team for case resolution

  • Administration support for Citi suite of benefits e.g. salary packaging, car leasing etc.

  • Providing education and navigation assistance around HR products, policies, systems and processes

  • Perform wide range of HR administrative tasks

  • Ongoing involvement and input in process improvement and reengineering

  • Provision of support to broader HRSS Payroll team

  • Assist with records management requirements

  • Induction as requested by the business for education and promotional purposes

  • Provide support to the HRSS Admin Team Leader and Service Delivery Manager as applicable

Qualifications
