AON Client Executive in Sydney, Australia

    Client Executive | Sydney

    We are seeking a Client Executive to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network. 

    The Client Executive supports the service delivery for a key portfolio of commercial clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment. Joining a high performing team, the Client Executive will work on a defined portfolio of existing clients across multiple industries with various brokers in a support capacity, while also having the opportunity to work on smaller portfolio autonomously. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced and collaborative environment within a leading global insurance and risk advisory firm.

    What the day will look like

  • Providing quality and proactive to support to various Client Managers / Team Leads on an existing book of clients

  • Work directly with support teams to ensure accurate and timely completing of tasks

  • Create fit-for-purpose solutions for clients through the execution of Aon’s Go to Market strategy

  • Build strong relationship with clients, internal and external stakeholders

  • Handling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing et as well as response to day to day queries from clients

  • Manage a smaller book of own clients across various industries including education, community, manufacturing and others.

  • Actively contribute in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunities

  • Actively support utilisation of new systems and processes that support our business growth and improvement

    Skills and experience that will lead to success:

    Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role or within the insurance industry

  • Strong client relationship management capabilities

  • Ability to work in a team environment, yet also to work using their own initiative

  • Tier 1 Qualification and basic insurance technical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant working experience

  • First-class communication and presentation skills

  • A keen entrepreneurial spirit

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Eye for detail and quality whilst working under pressure

  • Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Eagerness to grow your career in insurance
