The Business Analyst will be a member of the Integration team who analyses and gathers the business requirements, and solutions, platforms, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software and solutions being built and assists in the overall integration team during Transition Services period (TSA)
Here's a snapshot of your day Identify business requirements and convert them into a solution with help of analytic mind and processes
Conduct impact analyses, assess change
Assist the project manager in integrating change management activities into the project plan
Creating and designing software programs and applications, as well as modifying existing ones for optimization according to business requirements.
Support the communications efforts, and enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications within the transition team
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs for any new systems and applications
Support and engage senior leaders
Coordinate efforts with other specialists and consultants
Track and report issues
The Ideal Candidate
Minimum 6 years of related experience and/or training specifically in software integrations and business analytics
Previous experience in API, software integrations and documentation of processes
Must have working knowledge and experience of software technology, broad business knowledge, and computer programming experience.
Have some knowledge of relevant management and business change techniques such as business process modelling and re-engineering
Tertiary qualifications in software development is beneficial
Basic understanding of programming skills such as Python and R and Survey/query software.
Business intelligence and reporting software, BI dashboards, data mining and data warehouse
Knowledge of SQL databases and database querying languages are beneficial
Highly skilled in MS suit application in particular, Advanced Excel
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
