Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of duties involving electrical and related trades. Responsibilities include the installation of new equipment, maintaining and repairing plant machinery, analyzing equipment problems electrically, and conducting basic electrical work such as running wiring and installing conduits. The role requires the ability to work from prints, drawings, sketches, and both written and verbal instructions. You will collaborate with plant electricians, familiarize yourself with plant electrical panels and equipment, perform basic electrical maintenance on electronic equipment, execute upgrades, and conduct preventative maintenance operations.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Swansea, South Carolina.
Work Environment
Multiple shift openings are available: Sunday-Thursday 9pm to 5am (2 openings), Sunday-Thursday 1pm to 9pm (1 opening), and a 3/2 shift from 6pm to 6am (4 openings). Candidates with experience in mills, large industrial sites with significant use of hydraulics, or similar environments are preferred. Individuals with work experience solely in the food industry may not be ideal due to the need for adaptive and flexible problem-solving skills in less regulated environments.
