As a Senior Software Engineer in Enterprise Cloud team in Suzhou, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering solutions using modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies to standardize and automate the build-out and operation for sovereign clouds. Your role will involve collaboration with various departments including workload teams and customer services to solve different kinds of challenges in special clouds and guarantee the high quality of all M365 services and the whole M365 cloud through evolving the existing platform and even building next-generation system by using cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with variousservice teams on identifying system gaps and finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
Lead by example and mentorothers to produce extensible and maintainable code used across components and services.
Hold accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), mentoring engineers across products/solutions, working on-call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
Lead end-to-end project delivery to achieve timely, high-quality results.
Utilize cloud-native technologies and distributed systems to develop a resilient, secure platform.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
Experience of leading v-team for feature/product development and maintenance.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Solid problem-solving skills, drive for results, and ability to work independently.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated delivering features and functionality on time, and good sense of ownership.
Ability to analyze the customer'sask/feedback and identify product gaps and drive the solution design and development.
Cloud and services experience, with Azure cloud experience.
Experience with capacity scaling/planning related work.
Full-stack tech skills.
