Copeland Business Development Manager, Lifecycle Service in Suzhou, China

As Business Development Manager, Lifecycle Service, You will:

  • Initiate spare parts strategy and update the service bill of materials in the process.

  • Prioritize product lifecycle management opportunities which drive potential profitability across AMEA regions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shortlist key projects and establish aftermarket pricing system.

  • Refine the decision-making process continuously.

  • Test and Iterate business models via key projects.

  • Build up workable long range business plan for the lifecycle initiative.

  • Establish digital strategy for lifecycle service and anti-counterfeit embedded with product lifecycle.

Required education, experienced and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA will be preferable.

  • A minimum of 5 years work experience in Industrials; HVACR industry will be a plus.

  • Product or project management experience will be desirable.

  • Strong analytical skill.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
