J&J Family of Companies Assisstant Maintenance Engineer in Suzhou, China
Support equipment installation and commissioning, and related validation work. 支持和验证相关的设备的安装、调试。
Develop and maintain an effective PM system, including procedures, work instructions, maintenance plans, scheduling, spare parts and records. 开发和维持一个有效的预防性维护系统，包含程序、工作指导书、维护计划、计划安排，备件及记录。
Carry out maintenance work properly and timely to ensure equipment is in a good state. 正确地、及时地执行维护工作，使得设备处在一个良好的状态。
Support and respond to other functions (production / quality / EHS...) equipment related request, include but not limited to: equipment maintenance request, equipment improvement, issue investigation/resolving, operator training, validation, audit, etc. 支持和响应其他团队如生产、质量、EHS等关于设备相关的请求，包含但不限于：设备维修请求、设备改善、事件调查和处理、操作员工培训、验证、审核等。
Identify and implement improvement programs /activates for better compliance and increase equipment performance. 为了更好的合规和提高设备性能，进行识别和改善项目/活动。
Ensure all maintenance practices are compliance with EHS and Quality requirements. 确保所有的维护维修活动符合EHS和质量要求。
Implement other assignment from his/her supervisor. 执行完成由其主管布置的其他任务。
Qualifications
College or bachelor degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or Equivalent. 拥有电气、机械类专业的学士学位或等同的。
▪ MP awareness (experience in medical/pharma site preferred). 了解GMP要求(最好有医疗器材或制药行业的经验)。
