       License and Certification Qualifications:Education Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.Experience Qualifications: Experience working in a data center, NOC or similar environment required. Two years' experience in Windows Server administration or Control M administration preferred.Skills Qualifications:Thorough understanding of Network Operations Center (NOC) support/system monitoring; ability to learn specific guidelines in completing operating responsibilities; ability to communicate and work well with staff and user departments; ability to schedule and process daily activities; ability to manage assigned projects; ability to follow oral and written instructions quickly and accurately; ability to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement; ability to multitask; and ability to work well under pressure and in emergencies; proficiency with MS Office suite;Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for BMC Control-M application and server administration. Primary contact for Control-M user support. Responsible for completing payroll processes and printing paychecks and other mass print jobs. Responsible for monitoring and performing directed tasks on data center equipment. Responsible for monitoring data center infrastructure including environment, systems, and network services via provided monitoring dashboards and procedures. Responsible for updating asset inventory and racking/un-racking servers and wiring as needed. Be available to work after hours or on a weekend 3-4 times a year if needed. 1. Administer, oversee, and support patching, upgrade, and installation of BMC Control-M application.2. Analyze and resolve Control-M system problems and execute Control-M utilities as required.

  1. Support triage of real time production issues and assist in root cause analysis of failed batch jobs.

  2. Assist stakeholders in setting up their business processes as Control-M batch jobs.

  3. Monitor automated job processing and process tickets for adding and modifying jobs with user assistance.

  4. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members in all aspects of Control-M.

  5. Be proficient in data center emergency procedures.

  6. Monitor critical data center infrastructure equipment and interface with vendors for scheduling repairs & maintenance.

  7. Monitor Wide Area Network (WAN) as directed by WAN team.

  8. Monitor school cameras and create/assign incidents to the Risk Response Team.

  9. Communicate and escalate issues to ensure prompt resolution of user impacting events.

  10. Create tickets within the established ticketing system to address data center facility, network and/or system related alerts.

  11. Utilize and maintain data center equipment such as high-speed printers and Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) printers, server lifts etc.

  12. Process staff payroll using PeopleSoft, print and mail paychecks and pay advices.

  13. Once a year, print and mail staff tax forms.

  14. Print and mail student transcripts and report cards at Semester end.

  15. Monitor and order inventory for the data center.

  16. Maintain clear inter-shift communications to accomplish the desired workflow of each specified processing day.

  17. Perform other duties as assigned.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee must lift and/or move boxes and servers weighing 50 pounds or more. The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is also required to talk, hear, stand, and walk. The employee may be required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, and/or reach. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, or crouch when installing servers in racks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
