Aerotek Shipper Receiver $23 Per Hour in Surrey, British Columbia
Aerotek is looking to hire 2 shipper/receivers for our client in Surrey. This is a full-time, long-term position.
Wage - $23 per hour
shift time - 730-330PM + flexibility for overtime
Job duties
go into the system and ship products, talk to the logistics company, schedule shipments
having great attention to detail in the products
knowledge of the codes, can be updated and increase
work in the packaging/production department when necessarily sometimes 50/50 split
knowledge of various codes,
use an SAP system
go into the system, create packing slip, export documentation then call couriers
quality checks
Candidates must be flexible to bounce around and help out everyone.
Skills and Qualifications
1 year of shipping/receiving experience - needs to understand procedures
Used shipping/receiving program such as SAP, experience using a computer
Understands the import/export system
strong organization skills and good communication
30 lbs daily - will lift to 50 lbs at some points
