Job Summary
Manage sales and marketing strategies and rollout of new product lines within a district, state or region. Ensure the delivery of sales and account introduction activities in partnership with account and sales executives. May be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies along with Director of Sales and Marketing. This position requires operation of a Company Vehicle or a Personal Vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Coordinate sales and marketing activities for new product lines. Direct and problem solve builder and customer issues. Provide direction and guidance for new product line viability.
Communicate to regional sales and marketing director, managers and regional leadership.
Develops budgets, strategies, sales goals and collateral sales staff.
Partner and assist in the development of pricing strategies for each new product line add. Ensure timely introduction and maturation of product offerings.
Partner with manager, director of sales and marketing, sales team and regional leadership in the delivery of sales and sales strategies.
Determine market opportunities for new products and services.
Collect data and submit sales reports as needed. Ensure sales activities are conducted.

Solutions require analysis and investigation.
Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
