Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality and efficient HVAC services for commercial systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components with proficiency.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
- Engage in continuous training programs to stay updated with industry advancements.
- Assist with residential work as needed and in emergency situations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of verified commercial HVAC experience in installation, service, and repair.
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks efficiently while upholding high standards of quality.
- Possession of a valid drivers license with a clean driving record over the past 39 months (exceptions considered).
- Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ownership of standard HVAC hand tools necessary for repairs and service.
- Dedication to providing quality service to both residential and commercial customers.
