Your Role
Project Logistics Revenue Care Manager will lead the revenue care team to ensure timely and accurate billing across all modes of transport for our customers. The role involves solving financial discrepancies, managing incoming supplier invoices, and ensuring the timely closure on monthly basis. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for training and developing team members, managing customer-specific invoicing, and maintaining high data quality to prevent payment delays or discrepancies.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and gross profit confirmation as per the Finance Accounting Policy.
Oversee the billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Resolve financial discrepancies and ensure the timely closure on timely manner.
Manage incoming supplier invoices and ensure they are processed correctly.
Lead and manage the revenue care team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Ensure all team members are skilled and trained in industry knowledge, revenue care, and our processes and systems.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Ensure that all customer-specific invoicing (manual and e-invoice), documentation, and systems are correctly used and deployed to prevent payment delays or discrepancies.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Address and resolve any billing or financial issues with customers and suppliers.
Maintain a high level of data quality, including invoice accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with other teams and team leaders to drive the improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue care.
Ensure file profitability to avoid loss-makers and maximize margins.
Properly manage cash collection/billings, etc.
Work closely with teams on any activity and lead based on rules and regulations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, revenue management, or a related field.
Strong financial background with experience in managing P&L.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with financial software is an advantage.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Based in Surabaya, with minimal travel required, mainly for training and visits to other offices.
